Sample Shipping

Whether liquid, solid, or complex matrices – we ensure your samples arrive safely, both nationally and internationally. For special requirements (e.g., animal origin, customs & declaration), we provide you with all the necessary information.

Sample Registration

Your sample is systematically recorded – either via the classic order form or conveniently through our online portal.
In the portal, you can register samples directly, manage orders, and track processing status. For smooth handling, please enclose a completed order form with each sample.

Sample Storage

Your samples are stored under controlled conditions – at room temperature, 2–8 °C, or –15 °C as required. Storage is fully documented and, if requested, performed under GxP conditions. This ensures your samples remain in optimal condition from arrival to analysis.

Sample Preparation

Our sample preparation follows the SCSSRS principle: careful, safe, standardized, and reproducible. We have a wide range of equipment available – from microwaves and rotary evaporators to our new safety workbench for handling toxic substances. Each sample is prepared precisely according to your analytical requirements.

Whether liquid, powder, highly viscous, or hygroscopic – our experienced lab team performs each weighing with precision and reproducibility. With more than 35 years of experience, we guarantee reliable results, even for challenging sample types.

With more than 35 years of experience, we provide 1D, 2D and advanced NMR experiments (e.g. DOSY, HSQC, TOCSY and NOESY). From routine analysis to complex structure elucidation, our services are tailored to your requirements and can be performed under GxP-compliant conditions upon request.
