Polymers

We provide detailed analyses of polymers – fast, reliable, and non-destructive. We determine the degree of substitution, confirm polymer identity, and, depending on structure, establish the average molecular weight or number of repeating units.
Ideal for quality control, research, or regulatory purposes – we deliver solid data for your polymer products.

Peptides

For peptides up to a chain length of approx. 35 amino acids, we offer high-resolution NMR spectroscopy. Using 2D-NMR techniques, we reliably confirm structure and sequence – ideal for complex active ingredients and synthetic peptides. In addition, we perform quantitative determinations to precisely establish content.

Specialized Analytics
Lipid Nanoparticles

We analyze lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) directly using NMR – both intact and after targeted breakdown. This allows us to selectively characterize lipids on the surface and reliably determine the ratio of lipids used.
We are also actively investigating lipid shedding, a key factor in LNP stability and functionality.

Heparin

With our NMR methods, we offer comprehensive characterization of heparin and low molecular weight heparin – fast, reliable, and independent of pharmacopoeia. We identify the source (e.g., porcine, bovine, ovine), differentiate between qualities and mixtures, determine structural similarity, purity, water content, ion content, and molecular weight, and provide both qualitative and quantitative results.
